Ryan A. fixed the problem quick and didn’t try to pressure me into buying things I didn’t need. I hate it when other companies do that. I placed your card on my fridge! Y’all gained a new customer for sure!

This is a great experience. These guys worked really hard to secure the right equipment and get it installed on time. David has an outstanding work ethic he and Nick we're both at our house until quarter to 1:00 in the morning getting the system installed. Highly recommend this firm they'll get it done right for you

AC went out in the middle of the night and that morning they came out and did an assessment. We decided to get a new unit as the one we had was 20yrs old. They took out everything and replaced it in a day and most importantly cleaned up everything afterwards. Great job fast response!

Response time was immediate. Communication was clear from the dispatcher and our technician, Ryan, who called before he came to understand our issue. He provided clear options and was extremely professional. We are very appreciative!

My family and I had went a week without ac. I looked up ac repairs and found fast response, they came and we were so lucky that they could fix it because it’s such an old unit. Ryan and Mike were extremely nice and told me the problems, fixed it and we had air that night. I definitely will be booking again if needed.

They were here within hours and completely open and upfront about pricing. The tech Frankie was professional and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way!

I have been an Air Mechanix customer for several years and this was my first time working with Fast Response since they acquired the company. Nick came out to do a check and tune up of our system within a few hours of my call to schedule an appointment, and he did a great job! Our system is running efficiently after he addressed a few issues and I’m glad to see the level of service was consistent with what we’ve always experienced. I’d highly recommend them and will continue to use them for regular mechanical services and if I ever need repairs.

Called them for the $49 tune-up special. Ryan was very courteous and thorough with the inspection and initial high level cleaning of the outdoor unit. Took photos of the issues he found and explained things thoroughly. Great company to work with!
